General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold by EcoFriendOnline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with receipt. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us at support@EcoFriendOnline.com and we will guide you through the process.
Returns will most likely need to be returned to our vendor rather than to EcoFriendOnline.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Items That Are Not Returnable
EcoFriendOnline.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Food or beverage products.
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting View Order Status and accessing your order history.
Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers
We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, contact us at support@EcoFriendOnline.com and request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item. Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
Using Our Return Mailing Label
We will most likely email a return mailing to you for return merchandise. The return mailing label obtained from us is valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.
Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.
If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Contact us at support@EcoFriendOnline.com.
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. The packing slip or a copy of the invoice must be included or you will not receive a refund.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center
Returning Items You Didn't Order
If you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order, please let us know. If you live in the U.S. we'll mail you a postage-paid return mailing label for their return.
At your earliest convenience, e-mail us at support@EcoFriendOnline.com and let us know:
- the item(s) you incorrectly received,
- your name,
- your mailing address,
- the tracking information from the address label on the outside of the package.
- and the relevant order number for the other received items, if applicable.
Out-of-Stock Orders
Sellers work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. Please know that while an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require our sellers to keep these to a minimum. If we find a seller's out-of-stock sales becomes problematic, we will take appropriate action.
Unreceived Orders
If you purchased your order on EcoFriendOnline.com and the estimated delivery date passes, please contact at support@EcoFriendOnline.com so we can initiate tracking the lost shipment.
