Open packet and peel off backing. Without creasing, stick pad to clothing directly over where heat is desired. Hotteeze transmit heat most effectively when stuck to tight cotton undergarments that will absorb sweat and protect from low tempurature burns. Loose clothing reduces the sensation of heat to the body. Pads heat up gradually and may take 30 minutes to reach maximum temperature. Keep pad dry at all times as water will prevent activation. Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, keep out of reach of children and pets. Remove gently from clothes after use.

Since this product uses potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride, its contents can be reused as a soil conditioner, which contributes to the reduction of wastes. The outer packet is combustible and does not generate toxic gases.
