Ingredients: Valerian, German Chamomile, Kava Kava, St. John's Wort
Dosage:
- Up to 25 lbs - 1 capsule daily (best given 1/2 am and 1/2 pm)
- 25 - 75 lbs - 2 capusles daily
- Over 75 lbs - 3 capsules daily
