I was driving down California’s I-5 last week, which runs the length of the state. I noticed our oddly warm-for-March weather has tricked even the farming plantlife. It’s hard for me not to be transfixed by the richly-colored blooms strewn across the valley floor and even dancing breezily in the trees, hard to remind myself this is a troublesome sign. Troublesome because it’s global warming’s sly and insidious disguise, making me forget momentarily that we need to proactively prevent the initial birth of our beautiful spring from arriving earlier and earlier every year. I want to help heal our beautiful Mama Earth by assisting her to find her original and necessary patterns and timing that we, ourselves, have seemingly stolen from her. Talk to me, friends.
